1. Pago y Reservas: Solo puedo aceptar moneda en USD, EURO, MEX, PESO ARG (MercadoPago). Puede reservar su espacio de comisión pagando el precio completo o la mitad del precio por adelantado y una vez que se aprueba el boceto, se requiere el pago del 100%.2. Referencias: Cuando se reserve tu “slot de comisión”, deberás enviarme todas las referencias y detalles antes de la “fecha del boceto”, estas deben ser imágenes o videos en buena definición, texto con las descripciones de los personajes u objetos, color paletas o arte hecho antes. Esto ayuda a tener menos cosas que arreglar en el último minuto.3. Tiempo Estimado: Depende de la comisión y mi horario. Tenga paciencia, algunos trabajos son más complejos que otros, me pondré en contacto y acordaré algunas fechas para trabajar en cada encargo.4. Plazos: Solo acepto trabajos con plazos si la comisión está pagada al 100%. Deberías darme al menos un mes de aviso antes para trabajar. Esto es para refinar los detalles y cualquier sugerencia que pueda aparecer.5. Sugerencias: Se permiten dos grandes cambios gratis si la comisión se paga al 100% y antes de que finalice. Estaré en contacto con el cliente durante el proceso, si no recibo una respuesta del cliente en 2 meses, la comisión se detendrá. Más allá de ese tiempo no se permite devolución ni continuar con la comisión.6. Reembolsos: Se permite un reembolso durante el trabajo de comisión si por algún motivo EXTREMO (especialmente relacionado con mi salud general y tiempos personales) no puedo completar la comisión. En el proceso de esbozo y durante el progreso, estaré hablando con el cliente, si no le gusta el estilo artístico o cualquier cosa relacionada con el encargo, simplemente no reserve un espacio que otras personas puedan usar. Siendo honesto, no pierda su tiempo y mi tiempo, por favor. Los reembolsos NO SON POSIBLES una vez finalizado el trabajo.7. Uso comercial: para comisiones con uso comercial, discutiremos el precio vía chat/email antes de reservar el espacio. Una vez que resolvamos un precio, le facturaré y reservaré su espacio.8 Información personal: tu información privada (de Paypal o MercadoPago) está protegida, no compartiré ni doxearé tu información. Todas las comisiones realizadas conmigo se guardan y tienen un respaldo de correo electrónico. Después de un año, los archivos se eliminarán de mi computadora.9. Redes sociales: Puedo compartir trabajos en proceso y terminados en mis redes sociales a menos que el cliente solicite mantener la privacidad en el proceso de dibujo. Si desea compartir el trabajo terminado usted mismo, acrediteme en la publicación o agregue cualquiera de mis enlaces de redes sociales/sitio web a la pieza terminada. ¡Ayuda al progreso artístico ya la visibilidad!

Deadlines: I only accept jobs with deadlines if the commission is paid at 100%. You should give me at least a month in advance to work. This is to refine details and any suggestions that may appear.5. Suggestions: Two big free changes are allowed if the commission is paid at 100% and before it ends. I will be in contact with the client during the process, if I do not receive a response from the client within 2 months, the commission will stop. More than that time a refund or continue with the commission is not allowed.6. Refunds: A refund is allowed during commission work if for some EXTREME reason (especially related to my overall health and personal times) I am unable to complete the commission. In the sketching process and throughout the progress I will be talking to the client, if they don't like the art style or anything related to the commission, just don't book a space that other people could use. Being honest, don't waste your time and my time, please. Refunds are NOT POSSIBLE after the job is finished.7. Commercial use: for commissions with commercial use, we will discuss the price via chat / email before reserving the space. Once we work out a price, I'll invoice you and hold your space.8 Personal information: your private information (from Paypal or MercadoPago) is protected, I won't share or doxx your information. All commissions made with me are saved and have an email backup. After one year, the files will be removed from my computer.9. Social networks: I can share work in progress and finished works on my social networks unless the client requests to maintain privacy in the drawing process. If you would like to share the finished work yourself please credit me in the post, or add any of my social media/website links to the finished piece. It Helps artistic progress and visibility!
